AHS-LightFlex Beam Setters & Headlight Testers
ASC Garage Equipment has released a new RSA (road safety authority) and CoVIS compliant Beam Setter called AHS-LightFlex. The beam setter comes with the AHS proprietary Picaro II software as standard which ensures seamless integration with the asanetwork and other products in the AHS range.
The RSA compliant headlight tester is suitable for all types of HGV and light commercial vehicles. For test centres utilising the CoVIS sytem it is already compatible with your current equipment & software to ensure minimal disruption.

- Electronic headlight tester with on board camera for a complete check and analysis of any beam.
- Supplied with rails as standard for the CVRT headlight test.
- No wires other than power cable.
- Bluetooth connectivity.
- The aluminium column is equipped with a counterweight balancing system for easy manipulation.
- The injection moulded optical box is equipped with a 230mm diameter pure glass lens to enable a deviation check of 1cm/10 meters
- The optical box has both RS232 and USB Ports
- The aluminium & stainless steel moulded base is equipped with 3 adjustable height wheels to obtain perfect leveling
